Charcoal pucks can be used in a simmer pot of cast iron or cauldron.  
Step one choose your loose herb of choice 
Step 2 light your charcoal puck and place it in your dish 
Step 3 sprinkle your herbs on top and allow the charcoal to burn your herbs and cleanse your space!
